We are happy to provide complimentary school shuttle service for our Plateau middle and high school patients in braces!  Our driver, Jenny Douglas, has been certified as a shuttle driver and she will safely take your child to and from school for their ortho appointments.

We run the Shuttle on Tuesdays and serve the following schools:  Beaver Lake, Pine Lake, Inglewood, Skyline, Eastside Catholic.  We will add more days and schools over time.

Just fill-out the forms below and submit them to our office and we will get your child scheduled!
