Hello, I am your financial and treatment coordinator, and I will work to create a payment plan that meets your needs and your budget. I have been part of this team since 2004, and I love working here! I get to see all of my friends from the community and local schools, and I help families get the smiles they deserve. When I am not in the office, I am usually playing with my twin granddaughters, working out, at my book club, or hanging out with my husband and family.

Hi there! As your treatment coordinator, I help introduce new patients to our practice and make sure they understand their recommendations for treatment. I love working with our patients and enjoy seeing them get wonderful orthodontic care in our office. I have been working with Dr. Nelson since 1998, and I enjoy learning from him every day. He is a talented orthodontist and communicates with patients of all ages easily. After work, I love biking, jewelry making, cooking, and most of all, hanging out with my family and spoiling my grandkids!

As a clinical assistant, I assist Dr. Nelson with treatment care for our patients. The best part about working here is getting to know our patients and their families and seeing their great smiles at the end of treatment! Dr. Nelson is awesome to work for, and I know you’ll love coming to visit us. After work, you can usually find me hiking, planting flowers, or enjoying time with family and friends.

I have been a clinical assistant for Dr. Nelson since 2006, and I enjoy helping him give our patients quality treatments that are both comfortable and efficient. The difference in some patients’ smiles before and after treatment is truly amazing! I’m proud to work for a team that changes people’s lives for the better every day. At home, I love reading, shopping, gardening, cooking, and of course spending time with my husband and son.

As an orthodontic assistant, I help Dr. Nelson with the treatment and care of his patients. I have worked in the orthodontic field since 1996 and love being able to follow a patient through their treatment, seeing their smiles evolve and their lives change. I enjoy seeing the reaction of the patients when their treatment is completed and how they can’t seem to stop smiling because of the results! Outside the office, I enjoy camping with my family and friends, reading, sewing, baking, and both watching and participating in many sports.

As an assistant, I help take care of patients and get everything prepared for our workday so that we run on-time in the office.  I have been an assistant for over 5 years, and I started working for Dr. Nelson in 2010.  I love getting to know the patients we treat and seeing their beautiful final result!   Outside of the office I enjoy hiking, running, boating, fishing, shopping, and eating out.

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I am the scheduling and marketing coordinator for our office, and in addition to helping patients schedule appointments that fit their busy schedules, I also find ways to help our office get involved in our community! I truly enjoy working for our practice, and I love seeing the joy and excitement of our patients after their treatments. The best part of my job is the opportunity to build friendships with our patients and their families! After work, I love spending time with family and friends, gardening, reading, and riding our Harley.

I have been scheduling appointments and managing the bookkeeping in our practice since 2007 and enjoy working for such a professional and friendly practice. Our staff is really outgoing and welcoming, and Dr. Nelson is a talented doctor who always gives the best care available. Of course, my favorite part of working here is getting to know our patients! When new patients come in with their parents or family, we love welcoming them to our practice and helping them feel right at home here. When I am not at work, I love reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends.

I am a lab and records technician, and I assist with orthodontic imaging and X-rays.  I perform all the lab work that makes getting your braces possible and keeping your smile perfect when your treatment is complete! I started working for Dr. Nelson in 2006 and love watching the progression of our patients’ smiles throughout treatment. I love getting to know our patients and hearing about their lives and families. After work, you can find me going on hikes with my dogs!
